Our farm is located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in Upstate NY. Our fish are grown only in fresh, clean, cold mountain spring water. We hatch, raise, harvest and process our trout all at our farm. We are a NY State Licensed Trout Hatchery and our processing facility is a NYS Dept. of Agriculute & Markets, FDA & USDA approved HACCP facility and smokehouse.
